Join us for a soothing session of basic shamata (calm abiding) meditation. We will provide short instructions before we begin, in either Swedish or English based on your needs.
The goal of this practice is to calm and center the mind, fostering concentration and inner clarity. This meditation form serves as a foundational step towards insight (vipassanā) practice. We'll primarily engage in mindfulness of breathing, alternating between sitting and walking meditations.
