๐Ÿคฒ According to Buddhist teachings, true happiness flourishes through fostering kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others. In this 1.5-hour workshop led by Lobsang Yeshema, you'll discover how to transform difficult emotions into positive energy and inner peace. Through mindful meditation practices and reflective exercises, we aim to cultivate joy and lead a balanced, meaningful life.
