Meeting Resistance Workshop – Part of Reflection & Direction

What if resistance isn't standing in your way — but showing you the way? 🤔

Join us for a 3-hour Reflection & Direction Workshop, guided by Transformation Designer Daniele Lauriola and Creative Health Facilitator Kathy Känzig. Together, we will turn toward resistance — procrastination, hesitation, self-doubt, and the urge to avoid what matters, as part of the process of change itself.

In this workshop, you will explore:

• Where resistance is showing up in your life right now
• What it might be protecting or trying to tell you
• How to move alongside your limitations rather than against them

Rather than pushing for a breakthrough, this workshop focuses on staying curious, holding both the wish for change and the reality of where you are, and taking the small, steady steps that actually last. 🌱

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your own resistance, a few honest next steps, and the felt sense that you can keep moving even while it's still there.
