⏰ Candle guests: Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you can participate; latecomers may lose their candle experience. Consider traffic and parking in Bricktown, which can be unpredictable!

Class Minimum: We require at least 5 registrations for public classes. If this minimum isn't met, we’ll notify guests at least 6 hours before class and offer a class credit or full refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• 48+ hours before class → Full refund or transfer
• 24 hours before class → Transfer to another class
• Less than 24 hours/no notice → Reservation forfeited

Age Policy: Regular Public Classes welcome ages 13–17 with an adult. All attendees must have a paid seat; family days allow younger attendees with paid seats. 🚸
