Join us for Movement Mondays at Bailgate Methodist Church Rooms! 🧘‍♀️✨

Starting from 27th July 2026, this class runs from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and is perfect for those with some previous yoga experience or a good level of fitness and mobility.

What to Expect:

• A level 1 Hatha Flow class with a focus on slow, mindful movements.
• Hold poses comfortably, creating a moment of presence and grounding.
• Ideal for developing new connections with yourself and others.

Pricing:

• £10 for a drop-in class.
