MRC HEL #thirstytuesday S/S 2026

Welcome to the MRC Helsinki #ThirstyTuesday Social Run! 🙌 Join us for an exciting series of runs throughout the Spring/Summer 2026 season.

Kick off your evening at our vibrant, neon-lit base, SalamaNation, at 18:00. Enjoy a friendly 5-7 km run, followed by delightful socializing over a couple of crafty pints 🍻 to wrap up the day!

Feeling adventurous? Join our brisk-paced #prerunrun at 17:15! Depending on our group vibes, we adapt our pace and distance, offering multiple routes to keep it social and engaging.

Routes are usually led by a few enthusiastic volunteers, so if you're interested in leading, connect with our Captains! Fun is guaranteed—and remember, you don’t have to be a seasoned runner to join! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
