NEPA Scene Open Mic debut at Strange Birds in Scranton

🌟 Join us for the inaugural NEPA Scene Open Mic at Strange Birds, a vibrant queer art and performance venue in Scranton. Open to all LGBTQ+ artists, audiences, and allies, this inclusive event promises an unforgettable night of creativity and community! 🌈

🎟️ This FREE, all-ages event will feature local musicians, comedians, actors, and performance artists showcasing their talents in front of a new crowd. With every act allocated 10 to 15 minutes of stage time, this is your opportunity to shine!

🕕 Sign-ups will be accepted from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. — early arrival guarantees your spot! The show kicks off at 7 p.m. and runs until 11 p.m. or later. Original material is encouraged, but all performances are welcomed!

📸 All performances will be live-streamed on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, giving participants a fantastic chance for publicity. Downloadable professional photos will also be available in the NEPA Scene Open Mic Facebook group!

🚫 Alcohol is strictly prohibited, but snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
🎸 Strange Birds will provide necessary equipment such as soundboard, microphones, and instrument cables—feel free to bring your own pre-recorded music if needed!
