New Year\’s Concert with Andrea Kalivodová

Join us on January 1, 2027, at 5:00 PM at the Besední dům Concert Hall in Brno for a New Year's Concert, followed by a festive toast.

Enjoy highlights from the best of Czech and international opera and musical theatre, performed by the acclaimed Czech mezzo-soprano Andrea Kalivodová, accompanied by the beloved Moravian Piano Trio.

The Moravian Piano Trio is a trio of masters who have performed together for a quarter-century in the same lineup: piano by Jana Ryšánková, virtuosic violin by Jiří Jahoda, and deep cello tones by Miroslav Zichý. They will take you on a journey through time and emotion—from classical masterpieces by Beethoven to the most beautiful film melodies by Ennio Morricone. With hundreds of concerts in the Czech Republic and abroad, and collaborations with stars such as Eva Urbanová, Štefan Margita, Andrea Kalivodová, Marian Vojtko, Daniel Hůlka and others, they guarantee an excellent artistic experience.

During the intermission, all guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.
