Nia in the Park -Hidden Falls Regional Park

Join us for Nia in the Park at the beautiful Hidden Falls Regional Park! 🌞

📍 Location: 1313 Hidden Falls Drive, St. Paul, MN 55116, United States

Led by the inspiring Beth Giles and Andrea Weiss, this class is designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Nia uniquely blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts, allowing you to express yourself while moving joyfully! 💃

Class Details:

• Cost: Free
• Donations are optional and can be made via cash, Venmo, or your class packages on Momence. 💰
• Parking: Available next to the picnic pavilion at the North Gate entrance off Mississippi River Blvd.

We will dance in the grass, just below the picnic pavilion. 🌿 Remember to dress comfortably and feel free to practice in bare feet or soft-soled shoes! Bring a water bottle and a mat or towel for the end of class. 🧘‍♀️

We'll also provide bug spray and sunscreen to keep you comfortable. 😊
