About the hosts
Tison is a mission-driven boutique software and GTM engineering agency. We exclusively work with bootstrapped and pre-seed founders in their journey from Zero to MVP (check out the podcast on Spotify).
Tison is also the agency and placement arm of DirectEd Development, an elite talent academy for African tech prodigy. After 6 months long vetting process, about top 10% of candidates join the talent program, which includes working on real world project under the guidance of seniors over at Tison.
Syrena is a platform that connects early-stage founders with investors through warm introductions, no cold outreach. Founders get a curated set of investor matches each week, and introductions only happen when both sides are interested, so conversations start on equal footing. They also run a dealflow CRM for investors and a growing events community in London that brings together founders, investors, and service providers. Over 70 events and £25M raised through their network so far.
