Ocean's glow: Yoga + Surf Day

Join us for a sporty day by the sea! ☀️🌊
Let's meet at 10:00 AM at Praia da Saúde (below Restaurant Golfinho https://maps.app.goo.gl/4is7AAtaG9VJrRME8) and start the day with some gentle yoga and warm-up movements in the sand.
Afterwards, we'll jump into the water for a 1.5-hour surf session – open to all levels, with all equipment included.
To finish the day, you're welcome to join us for an optional lunch at the local restaurant Golfinho and enjoy some fresh food together.
