• Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

👨‍👩‍👦 Families are encouraged! If a child is participating, we kindly ask that at least one parent be present. This not only creates a supportive environment but also strengthens family bonds.

🌍 Can’t make it in person? No worries! We offer remote classes for those unable to join locally.
