Join us for the One Plate Self-Care Social, a heartwarming gathering that combines the joys of mindful eating, music, creative reflection, and enriching conversations! 🌱🎶
In each session, participants will prepare a curated dish that's designed to nourish both body and mind while engaging in creative prompts. 🎨🍲 You'll focus on creating personal plates using just one pot, one casserole dish, or one pan.
Who Can Join: Ages 18+
Where: South Side Cultural Arts Center, 701 S. Andrews Ave
When: Every Tuesday from August 11 - September 22, 2026 | 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Fee: Resident $70, Non-Resident $105 (Club 55+ membership accepted.)
