📅 Event Schedule:

• 13:30 - Arrival and Setup, followed by Gong Tuition in The Studio
• 15:30 - Light Lunch
• 17:00 - Settle in The Studio
• 17:30 - Puja Commences
• 07:30 - Puja Concludes with the Dawn
• 08:00 - Breakfast

🔔 What to Expect:

• Let’s Learn Together: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, we’ll start with a gentle introduction to playing the Gongs, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.
• 14 Hours of Sound: As participants, you will alternate playing in pairs for an hour at a time, creating a continuous, soothing sound bath that lasts through the night.
• Supportive Environment: You will have the chance to set intentions before the Puja, surrounded by warmth and guidance.
• Comfort Provided: Hot drinks and snacks will be available throughout the night to nourish you during this deep sound journey.

💰 Cost & Booking:

• Total Cost: £55
• Deposit: £10 to secure your place with full payment due by 14th January.
• Proceeds support the work of The Harmony Hub.
