OxBrIm Launch 2026

Join us for the 2026 launch of OxBrIm, our annual programme of six free events across Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial. The 20th of June is the night we kick it all off!
OxBrIm brings together the founders, builders and researchers shaping AI across the three universities, whether you're looking for a co-founder, building a startup, or just want to connect with others who share your corner of the AI world.
A Smart Summer evening at the Science Museum. Expect startup pitches, talks, the Co-Founder Story Panel, co-founder matching, Focus Corners, networking, food, unlimited drinks, an ice cream cart and more.

THE TALKS
Opening Talk: Anya Guzenkova, Lead VC Partnerships at LinkedIn, on Hiring Insights, what is changing in how startups hire and build teams in the AI era.
Founder Talk: Patrick Brown from Oxford, winner of the Oxbridge AIx Undergraduate Founder of the Year Award and $150,000 equity-free from the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2026, on building Copy Flag as a solo founder.

THE ROOMS, FROM 7:40PM
The evening opens up into three spaces, and you can move between them as you please.
Main Room General networking, food and drinks.
Room 1, the Co-Founder Pitching Room Two minutes each to pitch your idea and find the co-founder you have been looking for. Come and go throughout the evening.
Room 2, Focus Corner Subject-based networking in a circle. Introduce yourself, what you are building and what you are looking for, then open into wider conversation, with an expert facilitating.

🏠 The Sofa Cluster 2, Property Tech, Led by Armaan Premjee, Founder & CEO of Prestonwood Properties — a real estate investment firm that has completed over 110 transactions across 20 states. An open conversation for anyone building in the property space.
