📢 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Join us for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Plymouth & District Basketball Association at the following details:
📅 Venue: Elburton Villa, Haye Road, PL9 8HS
⏰ Time: 7 PM

Purpose of the AGM

This meeting is a great opportunity to:

• Review the past season
• Present financial reports
• Elect committee members
• Discuss proposals for the development and governance of the league

Committee Structure & Elections

We are seeking nominations for the following roles:

• Chair: Joe Bentley
• Vice Chair: Steve Avent
• Secretary: Lindsay Chapman
• Treasurer: Simon Harvey
• Welfare / Safeguarding Officer: Lindsay Chapman
• Disciplinary Officer: Dan Stevens
• Club Development Officer: Currently unfilled

Operational / Non-Executive Roles

• Officials Allocation – Senior P&D League: Steve Avent
• Officials Allocation – Other Competitions: Chris Chapman (stood down)
• Junior League Coordinators: Lindsay Chapman & Thomas Peters
• Fixtures Secretary/ Competition Secretary / Results Coordinator: Steve Avent
• Officials Development Lead – Referees: Chris Chapman
• Officials Development Lead – Table Officials: Lindsay Chapman & Jo Lloyd
• Communications & Engagement (Social Media Officer): Steve Avent
