Perfect Days: Central Park Bouldering

Join Perfect Days for a community bouldering session at Rat Rock (Umpire Rock) in Central Park. This is an opportunity to move, learn, and connect in one of New York City’s most iconic outdoor climbing destinations.
Led by experienced local climbers, you’ll learn the fundamentals of outdoor bouldering, including spotting, falling safely, reading routes, and climbing etiquette.
Whether you’re transitioning from the climbing gym or trying bouldering for the first time, this beginner-friendly session is designed to help you build confidence on real rock in a supportive, welcoming environment.
