FRIDAY, AUGUST 14:

• 5 PM - 7 PM: Early Registration & Meet & Greet & Pin Trading. Cash bar available.
• 8 PM - 11 PM: Silent Disco Event on the Wave Terrace (Free for hotel guests).

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15:

• 10 AM: Registration Opens
• 12 PM - 4 PM: Cash Bar & Light Snacks
• 11 AM: Short welcome with Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach & Kids Rock The Nation
• 11:30 AM: Custom Event Pin Released & Pin Trading, Silent Auction, Custom Guitar Raffle, Pin Board Raffle, 50/50 Raffle
• 4 PM: Winners Announced for all raffles
• 5 PM: Group Photo & Scavenger Hunt
• 8 PM - 11 PM: Live Entertainment

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16:

• Breakfast served in Sessions from 7 AM - 11 AM.
• Brunch Remix served in Sessions from 11 AM - 3 PM with live entertainment featuring Les B Fine.

Additional Dining Options:

Available for purchase in our Sessions Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Parking Information:

• Valet Parking: $35+tx per car on the day of the event, $42+tx for overnight.
• Self-Parking: Located across the street from the hotel, $25+tx per car (limited spaces available).
• Bike Parking: $20+tx per bike.

Note: The public beach parking lot is not affiliated with the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. A valid Volusia County parking permit is required for beach lot parking. No parking after 11 PM! 🚫
