Arrival & Form a Group

Arrive, grab a name tag, and order your drink 🍹 You will form a group of 4–6 people freely and voluntarily based on arrival time

🔄 How the Event Works

We play in small groups of 4–6 people. You’re free to stay with your group as long as you’d like or switch tables to meet new people at any time.
Every ~40 minutes, the host will come around and suggest a table change for those who want to mix things up. If you’d like to join a new group but aren’t sure where to go, just ask the host — they’ll be happy to introduce you to a new table.
There’s no pressure: some people prefer staying with the same group, others love moving around. Both are totally fine! After the game rounds, there’s free time to mingle, replay your favorite games, or just chat and connect.
