Printmaking with Linocut with Ran D

🌟 Join us for an inspiring day of creativity through linocut printmaking! This hands-on workshop led by the talented Ran Duan will immerse you in the art of transforming your designs into beautiful prints. Whether you're a beginner or just curious about the world of handmade printmaking, this workshop is perfect for you!

🖌️ What You’ll Learn:

• The basics of printmaking and safe usage of carving tools
• Experimenting with a variety of tools, materials, and inks
• Create your own unique linocut print; time permitting, you can craft a second piece from your own design.

🛠️ All Materials Provided:

• Printmaking tool set
• Ink & paper
• Pencils
• Coffee and tea

💰 Please Note: There will be a material cost of approximately 400 SEK added to the course fee, to be paid directly to the instructor. No prior experience necessary; all you need is your curiosity and the passion for making something with your hands!

🥪 Feel free to bring your own lunch or snacks as there’s a fridge, microwave, and oven available for your convenience.

Ran is an accomplished artist and designer based in Stockholm, specializing in textile and visual arts. Her works, deeply rooted in textures and everyday beauty, showcase her versatility in illustration, embroidery, and printmaking. Ran’s teaching style is calm and supportive, allowing each participant to discover their unique creative voice through the act of making.
