The Professional Development: Supervisor Training Series (PDS) is a collaboration between the Kansas Small Business Development Center, the Public Policy & Management Center, and the Community Engagement Institute. This initiative aims to deliver high-quality training for entry-to-mid-level supervisors across various sectors - public, private, and nonprofit.
๐ผ Each interactive session focuses on essential leadership topics such as transformational leadership, feedback and coaching, conflict resolution, and collaboration. Participants will gain practical skills that can be implemented immediately, boosting confidence in their roles while enhancing organizational talent and return on investment.
