Join us for the Puerto Rican Flag Raising Ceremony! As part of the celebration of the Puerto Rican Constitution and the opening of Puerto Rican Festival Weekend, we invite the community to gather at Syracuse City Hall as we proudly raise the Puerto Rican flag.
