Get ready to dive into an exhilarating rainforest hike! I guarantee you'll stay dry from the forest's rain—unless you splash through a stream crossing, but hey, that would be because you’re just enjoying life! 😄 So, come prepared to be carefree and maybe a little caffeinated to keep up with the pace!

🚻 There are restrooms along the trail, perfect for those who might sip a little too much coffee before the hike! ☕️

We'll kick things off on the breathtaking Betty B. Dearing Trail, journeying through Fryman Canyon and into the enchanting rainforest. Expect cardio at its finest, as this hike includes some climbs that will leave you awestruck by the scenery! 🌄

While it’s not meant for novices, fit beginners will absolutely love this challenge! We're tackling about 5 miles, but let’s just see how it goes, no pressure! Just remember, no complainants allowed! 😅

🐾 You’re welcome to bring your furry friends but be sure to keep them leashed and pick up after them! 💩
