Join us for a rejuvenating experience! Reconnect with the present moment through mindful movement, breathing, and nervous system awareness. This workshop is all about burnout prevention and recovery, allowing you to respond to life with greater calm and acceptance.
On Sunday, June 28th, at 1:50 PM, we will gather at Ōsmos Studio (inside) for a unique session led by Eleonora Ricci, a certified coach and movement facilitator. Expect a blend of gentle movement, mindfulness techniques, and reflective dialogue.
