This class invites you to pause, lie down, and return to yourself through a guided meditation and a gentle sound healing journey. Each week offers a slightly different experience, inspired by the principles of Yoga Nidra—an ancient form of guided rest that invites the body into stillness, the mind into quiet presence, and the heart into deeper listening
From there, we transition into a sound meditation, featuring soothing tones from instruments such as gong, shruti box, singing bowls, and chimes—intentionally chosen to support rest, integration, and nervous system release. Expect poetic guidance, ambient soundscapes, a calming sound bath, and a deeply restorative field of rest.No experience necessary—just come as you are, and listen.

Masha is a Sound meditation practitioner, somatic and IFS-informed coach based in Brooklyn. She weaves body-based practices, inner awareness, and immersive sound into accessible spaces of rest, release, and reconnection.
