Welcome to Restorative Mama, a nurturing and nonjudgmental space dedicated to exploring the body's natural response to stress. In this workshop, you will gain practical, body-based skills to help regulate your nervous system amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood and life. 🧘♀️✨
Discover ways to nourish your internal safety and stabilization, and learn techniques that can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine. I'll also share personal stories of my own trauma healing to illustrate the journey to wellness. This workshop aims to be a refreshing reset for you and serves as an accessible community resource.
