Come join Ashley, a Shamanic Reiki Master, Sound Healer, & Herbalist, for a deeply restorative Shamanic Reiki sound bath designed to help you release the weight of the week and reconnect with your inner balance. Through astrology, healing frequencies, guided meditation, Shamanic Reiki energy, sacred instruments, and vocal toning, this immersive journey creates space for grounding, emotional release, and spiritual renewal. Come rest, realign, and return to yourself in a safe and nurturing ceremonial atmosphere.Each week's offering will align with current astrology and will infuse guided meditation and especially singing! Ashley has been a musician her entire life and now uses that practice and intention to infuse music theory and healing vocal toning into every sound bath. She will offer group Reiki and Shamanic wisdom for a truly unique sound bath experience. Taking place in the beautiful HUE YOGA studio in Clifton, there are blankets, bolsters, blocks, and yoga mats for your comfort, and incredible community for your heart and soul! Please bring anything extra needed for your comfort, such as pillows, extra blankets, eye covers, ear plugs, and definitely wear comfortable clothes! Please arrive early enough to come in and get settled. The doors will be locked at 8:05 and late entry will not be possible. 45-60 min Sound Journey, ending by 9pm.
