About the event

Welcome to our Sahaja Yoga Meditation Meetings in English! 🧘‍♀️✨

Join us for an enlightening experience where you can meditate in a welcoming environment. Our sessions are free of charge, and you can simply show up with an open heart! 💖

The group is diverse, with people of various ages and backgrounds, all exploring their meditation journey together. Newcomers are always welcome! No special equipment is needed—just wear comfortable clothing, and you can sit on chairs or pillows (mats are not necessary).

Meditation is all about achieving mental silence and thoughtless awareness. In this tranquil state, you can truly be present, free from the clutter of past and future thoughts. This leads to a profound sense of peace and joy, unlocking the essential elements of the present moment. 🌈

Our sessions are led by experienced volunteers who provide guidance on how to begin your meditation practice. Each meeting includes a short introduction followed by meditation exercises, along with tips for meditating at home. We also enjoy a relaxing cup of tea together afterward and welcome any questions you may have. ☕💬
