Sensual Muse

Join us for Sensual Muse, a two-part immersion designed for women to explore their sensual selves. While attending both sessions on August 22nd & September 12th is encouraged for deeper connection, it is not mandatory.

What to Expect:

• Explore Your Sensual Self: Discover how you move, speak, touch, taste, and see.
• Primal Movements: Release pelvic floor tension and awaken your life force energy.
• Ancestral Lineage Clearing: Identify and release beliefs that inhibit your sensuality.
• Touch Practices: Nourish your body through the art of giving and receiving touch, fostering softness and safety.
• Incorporate Breath-Work & Meditation: Engage with different feminine archetypes for a holistic experience.

What to Bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement (booty shorts, bralettes, etc. are welcome).
• Bring a journal and pen for reflections.

Alexa Martin - A sensual embodiment facilitator and artist, Alexa guides women to reclaim their pleasure and honor their true selves. With extensive training in trauma-informed somatic healing, she creates spaces for women to connect and celebrate their feminine essence.
