Join us for the only Shrinky Dink workshop experience in Amsterdam! Shrinky Dinks is an exciting art form using special plastic sheets that shrink when heated. Draw, color, and cut your custom designs, transforming them into adorable charms that can be made into keychains, earrings, lapel pins, and fridge magnets.

This nostalgic craft was popular in the 1980s and is making a vibrant comeback! 🎉 You can create your favorite cartoon character or picture on the plastic, shrink it, cover it in UV resin, and attach it to your creations.

When:
Our workshops take place on the second Sunday of every month at 1:15 PM.

Workshop Description:

• Duration: 2-3 hours
• All materials, equipment, and instructions are included.
• Bring your favorite character idea, like Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Buzz Lightyear, Pikachu, or Lilo & Stitch!
• If you need inspiration, we have a mini library with drawing guides and templates to trace.

What You'll Learn:

1. How to draw, trace, and color on shrink dink sheets.
2. Tracing with your phone or tablet.
3. Cutting and shaping shrink dinks.
4. Heating and flattening techniques.
5. How to apply UV resin and cure them.
6. Attaching charms to earring hoops, keychains, badge pins, and magnets.
7. Troubleshooting common problems like curling, smudging, and rough edges.
