Hosted by Palestinian chef Essra Abed, whose intimate supper clubs have become known for getting full repeatedly, this special edition brings her communal dining experience to Absent.

We´ll sit together on the floor, share traditional dishes from large platters, and discover the stories behind the ingredients, recipes and rituals through a series of short films and conversations throughout the evening.
