About the event

Join us for the second episode of Soft Paces, led by Des & Imani! 🏃🏾‍♀️🎉 Experience a guided 5K (~3.15 miles) through the scenic Pelham Bay Park followed by a chance to mingle with fellow runners.

All paces are welcome! We’ll divide into groups based on speed, so whether you prefer a leisurely walk or are a seasoned runner, there’s a spot for everyone! In honor of summer, feel free to don your brightest colors 🌻.

Additional Details:

Enjoy a 5K run through Van Cortlandt Park.
Choose from various pace groups based on your mile completion time:
- 15+ mins per mile
- 12+ mins per mile
- 10-12 mins per mile
- 9-10 mins per mile
We’ll regroup at every mile to keep the camaraderie alive!

Soft(moves)

Coordinated by Coach Lex, our personal trainer, the soft(moves) series includes various group exercise activities, such as vogue dance classes, spin classes with a dance vibe, booty builder workouts, and personalized training sessions. 💕
