Join Des & Imani for Episode 3 of SOFT PACES, the soft(spaces) run club! 🏃🏾‍♀️🎉
Dive into a guided 5K (~3.15 miles) journey through the serene botanical gardens and the Bronx Zoo, followed by a delightful post-run mingle!
🌟 All paces welcome! Whether you're in the mood for a casual stroll or eager to sprint, we'll have pace groups tailored just for you!
In the joyous spirit of summer, feel free to wear your brightest colors! 🌻

📍 Arrival/Meeting Point
We'll gather at 9 AM on the corner of Belmont Ave & Crescent Ave, right outside Antonio's Trattoria (2370 Belmont Ave, Bronx NY 10458).
This early morning run is perfect for beating the midday heat! Please arrive on time so we can finish before the sun gets too fierce! ☀️
Pace groups will be defined by the average time it takes to complete a mile (15+ mins, 12+ mins, 10-12 mins, 9-10 mins).

Organized by Coach Lex, our soft(spaces) personal trainer, SOFT(MOVES) encompasses body movement and group exercise activities. This includes vogue dance classes, spin classes with a dance floor vibe, lower body workouts, and personal training. 💕

Soft(spaces) is a QTBIPOC-centered collective and ecosystem functioning as a membership club that fosters connection and community. Based in the Bronx, NYC, we curate thoughtful events and provide spaces for gathering, co-working, and creativity. Founded by a BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent couple, soft(spaces) prioritizes intentionality in shared experiences.
