During the concert, you can lie down or sit comfortably while you enjoy the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, didgeridoos, flutes, and singing. 🎵 The instrumental overtones encourage harmonious play among your body's trillions of cells, releasing energy blockages and opening meridians. At a deeper level, the harmonic sounds produced influence consciousness, slowing down brain rhythms to alpha and theta frequencies, activating the body's healing energies.
