🌿 You're Invited to an Immersive Sound Healing Journey! 🌿
Join us for an afternoon of deep rest, renewal, and connection surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Nukara Farm. This experience offers a chance to slow down, release daily stresses, and reconnect with yourself through the transformative power of sound.

Meet Your Facilitators:

• Donna Blakeway – a certified practitioner in Breathwork, Reiki & Energy Balancing, and Sound Healing. With years of holistic healing experience, Donna fosters a safe and nurturing environment to enhance relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
• Carly Markham – a certified Sound Healing practitioner and musician who combines traditional healing instruments with contemporary sound techniques. Carly crafts immersive soundscapes to calm the nervous system through expressive live vocals.
• Tony Turner – a bringer of the ancient resonance of the Yidaki, a traditional Indigenous Australian instrument. The grounding vibrations of the Yidaki provide a powerful foundation for relaxation and connection, enriching the experience.

What to Expect:

Sound healing utilizes vibration and frequency to guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. As you immerse yourself in layers of sound, your nervous system transitions from a busy state to one of rest and restoration, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.

Whether you’re new or familiar with sound healing, this session welcomes you to pause, breathe, and simply receive. There’s nothing to achieve or anywhere to be—just an opportunity to rest in the present moment.

🕒 Session Duration: Approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin.
