• Ticket Delivery: There is a ticket delivery delay until two days before the event. Tickets will not be emailed until then.
• Purchase Policy: DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS from anyone or any other site other than Impro.com. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited, and tickets suspected of being for resale may be canceled at the discretion of the Pittsburgh Improv.
• Two-Item Minimum: All guests must purchase at least two items in the showroom.
• Seating: General admission with first-come, first-served seating, except for groups and premium booths.
• No Phones or Recording: Cell phone use, photography, or video recording is not allowed during performances.
• All Sales Final: Please make your purchase wisely.
