Join us for a Sunday Social Club designed around movement, nervous system restoration, and real connection.
We’ll begin with a signature reformer class led by the BODYROK team — a high-energy, low-impact full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize.
After class, the space shifts into reset mode.
Stay to receive mini Reiki sessions from LA Reiki Center, unwind in community, and participate in guided connection prompts designed to help people actually meet, talk, and connect beyond the workout itself.
This is not just another fitness class.
It’s movement, recovery, wellness, and community — all in one room.
