Sunrise Trek to Offbeat Trails

An early morning escape for Bengaluru adventurers!

Join a small crew of 15 people for a night trek to Bheemana Kindi and watch the most beautiful sunrise of your life! End with a refreshing swim in a clean lake 🌊

🗓 When & Where

• Date: Saturday, 01 Aug
• Start time: 1:00 PM from Bangalore
• End time: ~3:00 PM back in the city
• Location: Kanakapura (~90 mins from Bangalore)

⛰️ Trek Details

• Difficulty: Moderate. Short, but intense. Fit beginners are welcome.
• Distance: ~4 km
• Elevation gain: ~550 m
• Duration: ~4 hours

🧭 Logistics

• Pickup: If you're along the route, we'll pick you up from your place. Else, you'll need to get to a designated point. More details after registration.
• Drop: You'll be dropped off at a convenient spot for you to take the metro/auto.
• Breakfast: South Indian, simple & homemade
• Cost: ₹1,799 per person (covers transport, food, permits, and volunteers' costs)

🥾 What to Bring

• Trekking shoes
• A jacket/hoodie (it can get chilly on the top)
• A pair of dry clothes to change into after swimming
• Towel to dry yourself
• A light jacket or raincoat
• Minimum of 2L Water
• Some snacks and electrolytes

⚠️ Important: Spots are limited to 15. First come, first serve basis.

• You’ll receive a payment link on WhatsApp.
• Once you complete the payment, you’ll be added to a private group.
• Note: You have 24 hours to complete the payment once approved, or the spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist!

What’s unique about us are our trails: We don't do the popular spots like Skandagiri or Savanadurga. Those trails are crowded and filled with trash. Our trails are ones you won't find on "Best Treks Near Bangalore" lists or Google Maps. Most hills we climb don't even have names! They're discovered through local contacts and other trekking folks scouting new routes. In all the treks we've done, we've genuinely never run into another group on the trail. It's just us and the hills. Most treks end at a secluded lake or waterhole, making for a perfect post-trek swim.
