Building a company is a marathon, not a sprint. As founders, we spend so much time investing in our businesses that it’s easy to neglect investing in ourselves.

One of the most impactful habits I’ve adopted while scaling my company has been regular sauna and cold exposure. It’s become a way to recover, reset, improve clarity, and create the energy needed to keep building.

I’ve booked a private sauna boat for a small group of 12 founders to spend an evening on the water around sunset.

This isn’t a networking event or a pitch night. It’s an opportunity to slow down, have meaningful conversations with other founders, and leave feeling recharged.
