Sydney Vintage Tramway Festival

The Sydney Vintage Tramway Festival is our biggest annual heritage transport event. It celebrates the history of Sydney’s tramways with operating historic trams, special displays, and family activities. As well as showcasing our restored electric trams, visitors can explore the exhibitions of vintage tramcars and transport history. We’re always looking for additional attractions such as vintage buses, model tram displays, participation by local and community groups and heritage train connections, creating a lively celebration of Sydney’s tramway heritage.
