Join us for a unique blend of Tai Chi and Staff Training! 🌟

The simple staff, often seen as both elegant and formidable, is a versatile tool that has been used across cultures throughout history. In this workshop, you will:

• Discover the eclectic styles of staff fighting from Japanese, Filipino, European, Thai, and Chinese martial arts.
• Learn the differences between a 4 ft and 6 ft staff.
• Explore techniques that involve the Katana, Long Sword, and Spear.

Schedule:

• Tai Chi @ 10 AM
• Staff @ Noon

Pricing:

• $60 for both classes
• $40 for one class
