Texas RC Mini Truckers @ The 2026 Texas Trucking Show

Hey everyone! 🌟 Get ready for an exciting day at the Texas Trucking Show! I plan to arrive between 10 AM and 12 PM for setup, and I could use your help! If you're attending, please try to be there by 12-12:30 PM. If you'll arrive at a different time, just drop me a message directly. Setup is expected to last until around 4-5 PM.

🚧 Important: If you're bringing buildings, crumb rubber, or other stationary items, please make sure to bring them along. We can't layout the area without those goodies!

💡 Power: I haven’t arranged for power, so if you need it, please find a way to bring it yourself.

👷‍♂️ I also need assistance with taping my roadways—if anyone wants to bring tape, that would be awesome! I typically use 1/4” masking paper or vinyl, which is not intended for permanent use. On Saturday, the event staff will arrive before 10 AM, and I usually get there by 8 AM. Everyone else can come in at 10 AM unless I’ve spoken to you beforehand.

📋 Sign-ups: Will start at 10 AM with a hard cutoff at 12 for the Show 'n Shine. Make sure to place a number decal and sponsor reveal on your truck—these are essential to show support for Amain and RC4WD, who generously provide us with prizes!
