Join us and our local studio partners for a rotating weekly movement series inside the beautifully reclaimed barn setting.

On June 28th, Recess brings their playground to GrayBarns.
In this strength-focused session, you will build more than the mind-muscle connection. You will build social connection A core focus within Rhone’s 12 Pursuits this month.
Using minimal equipment, you’ll move through intelligently programmed resistance work using bodyweight alongside a partner—pushing, pacing, and holding each other accountable. This isn’t about chasing fatigue. It’s about building muscle with intention. Building trust, rep by rep.
At Recess, they believe in play—exploring what your body can do, leaning into the struggle, and finding a little more on the other side of it. Train together. Get stronger together. Have some fun doing it.
Timing: Class starts promptly at 9:00 AM, please arrive by 8:45 AM
What to Bring: Mats will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear sneakers. We recommend arriving with enough water for class, as water will not be available on-site. Due to warmer weather, a small towel may also be helpful, as the barn is not air-conditioned.
