An intimate, unfiltered conversation with five respected industry professionals.
Rather than creating a panel discussion based on what we think you want to hear, we’re opening the floor to you. Once you register, you’ll receive a short questionnaire outlining key themes and space to submit as many questions as you’d like.
We’ll select the most compelling submissions and handwrite each chosen question on a card. Our host will read them aloud, along with the name of the guest who asked it.
Our panelists have walked red carpets, appeared on major magazine covers, worked with top agencies and nationally recognized brands, educated the next generation on the industry's mechanics, and operated behind the scenes where real decisions are made. Jamielynn De Leon (JJ) The Architect

With 500+ fashion shows executed and 10 seasons as a NYFW Lead Artist, Jamielynn De Leon builds the structure behind creative success.
Tianyun Lan (Stylist)

New York–based stylist and visual director working across editorial, runway, and brand development. She served as a stylist for the New York Fashion Week runway presentation produced by 99 Yards, supporting emerging designers within a curated fashion platform. Her work has appeared in international publications including Vanity Teen,i-D, ELLE, and L’Officiel, and she has collaborated with brands such as Collina Strada, The Webster, and Elie Tahari.
Zasckia Villatoro Luxury Marketing Strategist

A luxury marketing strategist at Kering Eyewear, she leads trade marketing across North America, shaping how brands like Cartier, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, and Saint Laurent come to life at retail. She specializes in translating global brand vision into culturally relevant, high-impact experiences that elevate visibility and drive growth. At the intersection of storytelling and strategy, her work redefines the in-store experience, crafting moments that are as commercially effective as they are emotionally resonant.
