Artificial intelligence is quietly moving from our screens into our vineyards, kitchens, and wine bottles. One Thousand Club is gathering a select group for an intimate dinner table to discuss how technology is beginning to change the way we select, produce, and experience wine and gastronomy. The evening will be moderated by Ilya Kirilin, a wine journalist and startup founder known digitally as "Garnacha_Man," who will facilitate an open debate about the true impact of machine learning on traditional taste and the food industry.

Three Questions for the Table
To guide our conversation, Ilia will introduce three core dilemmas to the table over the course of dinner:
Is our appreciation for wine and food deeply human and personal, or can taste ultimately be decoded into an algorithm?
Can AI democratize the wine world and strip away historical snobbishness, or will reliance on machines make us lose the art of the sommelier entirely?
What happens when machines compete against masters? We will look at real-world takeaways from recent AI vs. Sommelier competitions showcased at Madrid Fusión.

20:45 - 22:30: Curated summer dinner, wine pairings, and moderated table discussion.
22:30 - 23:00: Closing thoughts, final digestifs, and casual conversations.
Menu
Summer Seasonal Selection: Because Sardo prioritizes market-fresh ingredients, the kitchen team is currently finalizing their brand-new summer season menu. Attendees will be the first to experience these newly introduced culinary creations.
The Drinks (Buen beber): A curated drinks package featuring a half-bottle of wine per person (handpicked by Ilia Kirilin), or two large draft beers, or three soft drinks.
Dietary Accommodations: Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy restrictions will be fully communicated to the chef and accommodated. Please specify your requirements in the registration form.
