About the event

Join us for an enlightening journey through Grant Park, Atlanta's oldest park, originally gifted to the city by Lemuel Pratt Grant in 1882. 🌿 Explore the rich history and stunning architecture, including the recently restored Lion Bridge and Milledge Fountain, both cared for by the Grant Park Conservancy.

Learn about the park’s diverse tree canopy, featuring magnificent oaks, elms, maples, and magnolias, as part of the ongoing restoration efforts by the Conservancy. This tour is proudly supported by Trees Atlanta and the Atlanta Preservation Center.

About the Docent: Meet Kathy Brennan, a dedicated Trees Atlanta Docent and a neighbor of Grant Park.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity! For more details and to see our full calendar of events, visit treesatlanta.org/calendar.
