Tuesday English-Portuguese Conversation in Lisbon

Hello everyone, Olá a todos!

We're looking for a few participants to help host in person meetings. It would just be to lead the discussion group from a fluent person in English and or Portuguese. Please contact Cristina if you're interested.

This is our informal weekly meeting. It is free, but we do ask you to purchase something to eat or drink from our hosts, Merendeira. You can join in for as much of the session as you wish, but we will be chatting in either Portuguese or in English each hour, without mixing the languages.
The conversation will be fluid. While all are welcome, beginners will find either the Portuguese or the English conversation difficult to follow. You're welcome to listen in to get used to the sounds and improve your fluency! If you are at a level where you can join in the conversation, you could also join our online meeting on Wednesdays as well.

Este é o nosso encontro semanal informal. É gratuito, mas pedimos que comprem algo para comer ou beber aos nossos anfitriões, a Merendeira. Pode participar durante o tempo que desejar, mas iremos conversar alternadamente uma hora em Português e outra em Inglês, sem misturar os idiomas.
