Marti Rose Shanker is the founder of Marti Rose, a newly established New York-based influencer marketing agency that gives “agency” back to 'better-for-you brands' and creators. With a brand-first POV and experience scaling Seed Health’s influencer marketing strategy, she now works with 'better-for-you' brands on performance-driven influencer programming. She also represents an intimate roster of creators across lifestyle, wellness, beauty, and culture. Her data-driven, conscious approach prioritizes engagement, cultural relevance, and creator-led community moments.
She is also behind Turning the Influence, a creator economy book club born from a craving for deeper connection and more meaningful networking moments within the influencer marketing industry. At its core, it’s about prioritizing offline connection just as much as online presence. It's creating space to step away from screens, read a d*** book, and hear unfiltered perspectives from her favorite industry peers.
Lauren Ludlow is the founder of Ludlow Social, a New York–based consultancy helping brands build influencer marketing programs that drive long-term growth. She has partnered with leading CPG and retail brands, including Sephora, P&G Beauty, Nike, Meta, and No7 Beauty Company.

Lauren is also the co-founder of The Beauty Social, a community and networking event series built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better ideas, stronger businesses, and a more collaborative beauty industry.
