⚠️ Note: This session is tailored for players at a mid-intermediate level; beginners may find it challenging. Participants should understand the 5:1 rotation for at least two positions.
🤝 Team Formation:
Teams will be decided after the warm-up!
Rules of Play:
1️⃣ Warm up and hitting lines to kick things off!
2️⃣🏐 Games (5:1 rotation) – the winning team stays on! Max. 2 games per team.
