1. Don’t miss this engaging Whale Walk with “Spot the Whale” stops at five clifftop lookouts.
2. Start at Marine Parade at Cabbage Tree Bay to Shelly Beach Walking Track—the 1st Whale Lookout!
3. Spot whales around 10:30—let’s hope for a successful sighting!
4. Next stop: Shelly Head Lookout; who will be the first to spot one?
5. Then, head to Shelly Headland Upper Lookout for a better view, stretching 10km out to sea!
6. Continue from Shelly Beach to Barracks Precinct Walk, past Old Quarry Swamp—a fun uphill hike!
7. Experience the "Hanging Swamp" as we pass the Battery Observation Post.
8. Reach the Fairfax Walk Trail, the 2nd highest point at “Yiningma Lookout”!
9. Enjoy the Fairfax Track and reach the number one spot at “Burragula Lookout” (Fairfax Lookout)!
10. A delightful lunch/snack break awaits at “North Head Scenic Drive Point.”
11. Quick visit to “North Head Sanctuary” and explore “Third Quarantine Cemetery.”
12. Zigzag down to Manly for a refreshing drink/lunch at “Hotel Steyne.”
